Refund Policy

In case of Let's Socialise SELECT, which is a subscription-based Event, the registration fees and applicable taxes, once paid, are not refundable.

For any other Event, the registration fees and applicable taxes, once paid, are refundable till 72 hours before the event. It takes 5–7 working days for the refund to be processed and credited back to the ticket holder’s account.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@letssocialise.in within the time limits stipulated by Letsol. Letsol shall, under no circumstances, be obligated to refund the Registration Fee paid for any Event, except where the relevant Event is cancelled by Letsol.

A failure by a Registered Participant to attend the relevant Event shall not entitle him/her to a refund of the Registration Fee. By booking a pass through the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
